Note: A Capital Assessment
fee is
charged to all new members and to previous members with a two year lapse in
membership. The capital assessment must be paid with annual dues.
Funds are used to maintain our 45year old facility. CAP fees cannot be
transferred, refunded or paid in installments.
Seniors are 62 years of age and older; Singles
are 18 to 61 years of age.
